There is an opportunity to let the mind meld into a feeling of oneness and acceptance while working slowly and steadily. It is not a time for frantic action. There could be frustration if you try to force something to happen quicker, or if you try to control a situation. Things may happen slower than you want or be confusing and disorganized, but this is only because you have not allowed for the peace of mind with steady action to be your guide. There is a slowing down of time where much can be accomplished if you move with it rather than against it. If you work with this aspect, you will feel the interconnectedness of life and the steady power behind it -- just go slowly and pay attention to the smallest of details with a quiet intuitiveness and be present in the moment. You will be rewarded with the timelessness all around you. This is a day for a working meditation of mindfulness.

You will be rewarded with the timelessness all around you. This is a day for a working meditation of mindfulness. I decided to tell a little bit about how I used this energy, and in the future will try to do this with each aspect.... This one was sooooo amazing that I just had to share it! Here it goes: Tried the "mindfulness" while making breakfast. What happened was so amazing I literally giggled out loud because it works! It was wild that the microwave cooked like time had warped. What normally took 2.5 minutes, took only 1 minute (Cooking oatmeal). Scrambling eggs -- I went REAL slow with a form instead of whipping them, and they just came together like an emulsion without any effort. It was actually easier than the whipping I usually do. The way I can describe the power behind the "no effort" was like the power of a large steam roller that moves very slow, but the force it applies is tremendous. Time seemed to slow down, so that any slow, mindful effort took on a more powerful force.
