My Sun in Aquarius makes me friendly, smart, eccentric, altruistic, philanthropic, stubborn, creative, innovative, logical, and cool.  My Sagittarius Moon makes me adventurous, freedom-loving, playful, gregarious, and philosophical. I also love to travel. Also, my Leo Rising makes me loyal, generous, a bit dramatic, and sincere. On the contrary, I don’t see myself as self-centered or one who likes the spotlight. |

Hey, it's Hagan. I wanted to revise my previous posting. Taurus is opposite Scorpio not Gemini. And to answer your question about what my Sun is drawn to, my Mars and Pluto (Scorpio Sun) are both in Sagittarius. The only point I have in Leo (Sun) is Part of Fortune. My Scorpio Sun is sextile Virgo Moon. Thanks Susan!

My Sun in Aquarius makes me friendly, smart, eccentric, altruistic, philanthropic, stubborn, creative, innovative, logical, and cool. My Sagittarius Moon makes me adventurous, freedom-loving, playful, gregarious, and philosophical. I also love to travel. Also, my Leo Rising makes me loyal, generous, a bit dramatic, and sincere. Leo is not all about showmanship, as you know. It also has an extremely self-conscious side, that worries about how they appear to others and wants to get it "right". They want to be recognized and loved for who they are, and sometimes that can be difficult for them to feel. With your soul's directive energy coming from the opposite sign and house from "the other" in Aquarius that doesn't really care what others think and is more "detached," seems to be pushing for a balance with your Leo Ascendant. Meaning your path for altruism would be heightened. Leo can be very protective of those they care about, and Aquarius the humanitarian "sees" the bigger picture -- this sounds like you would express yourself fiercely and with great pride for a valuable cause. Hi my name is Analena. I look forward to meeting everyone soon! My sun is Gemini, my moon is Leo and my ascendant is Pisces. My Jupiter and Mercury are in Taurus. My sun makes me very curious and want to know about many different things.I loved to research esoteric teachings and ancient philosophical studies. My moon has me thinking about how I come across to others and seems let me take risks. Such as long distance hiking and camping on my own. As a Pisces ascendant growing up I saw everything in somewhat of an Illusionary way, so now later in life I am very intuitive when meeting others because of all the lessons Ive had to learn with deceptive encounters and also I am always questioning everything and see things from more than one perspective in order to come to the best solution or answer that is best needed for whatever situation I am in. Yes, my descendant is Aquarius as well. That is true that I am self-conscious most of the time. And yes, I worry at times about if people are accepting me for who I am. Then, my Aquarius Sun doesn't care about what others think because I know I'm unique and an individual. I'm also protective of my family and friends and I'm very loyal too. I have a lot of fire sign placements in my Natal chart. I guess that makes me passionate and creative.

Sun and moon are heavily aspected and part of 6 planet t-square, so there's a lot of other planetary influences involved which I find make it difficult to slot the luminaries into neat descriptive boxes Looking forward to exploring the site more. |

Hi Janie! It's great to have you on board! I was looking at your post about Uranus, and you stated he was transiting your 5th house? Uranus just entered Taurus, so that would make Capricorn your Ascendant? If you have a Scorpio Ascendant, then Uranus just entered your 7th house. You'll have to explain to me how you have a Scorpio Ascendant with Taurus on your 5th house cusp? It would not matter what house system you are using, your Ascendant will be the same in every one of them, along with your Descendant. Therefore, Taurus would be your Descendant and Uranus would be transiting your 7th house. If you would like to send me your birth information, I can see what's going on. Having a 6 planet t-square is a lot to handle, but first getting understanding of your chart placements is paramount. I look forward to talking more with you. Sincerely, Susan |

Yes, I've been having retrograde issues all day today! So, using Placidus, 7 degrees of Taurus is in your 5th, your 6th is entirely intercepted, and Taurus continues on through your 7th! That's a lot of Uranus going through your relationships, among other things! It's been so long since I focused on the quadrant house systems that it just seemed too far off. Thank you for sharing! So have you ever looked at your chart with a Whole Sign approach?
